阀厅主体结构和悬吊阀的地震反应分析

摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件,考虑悬挂阀的几何非线性,采用时程法分析悬吊阀本身的地震反应及其对主体结构抗震的影响.分析表明,低频部分为悬挂阀本身的振动,高频部分为主体结构的振动;悬挂阀在水平地震作用下,对阀厅的水平力很小,可以忽略不计;悬挂阀在竖向地震作用下,对阀厅会产生较大的竖向力作用,设计阀厅屋架和钢柱时,必须考虑悬挂阀的竖向地震作用.
In this paper,the earthquake response of suspended valve and the influence on major structure of valve halls are analysed by the the time history method,geometry nonlinear of suspended valve is accorded.The results show suspended valve vibrates by low-frequency and valve halls by high-frequency;Under horizontal earthquakes,suspended valve has low effect on quake resistance of entire hall structure,the effect can be ignored;Under vertical earthquakes,roof truss and pillar will undergo larger vertical load,it should be considered in the design.
