桩基施工质量监督的新途径──打桩记录仪的意义及其作用

摘要
打桩记录仪能正确地记录锤击桩的桩长、每米锤击数和总锤击数以及最后三阵的贯入度等数据;上述“数据”积累多了,可拟合出类似“标贯系数”与土层承载力关系的“桩贯系数”,进而可推知该往的士层原位承载力;“数据”还可提高低应变动力测桩对桩身质量判断的正确性。记录仪可大比例检测两个独立可信的指标,结合起来无疑会促使锤击桩质量的提高。
The piling recorder is developed to eorrectly record thelength of the driven pile, hammer blow count per metre, totalhammer blow count and the penetration in the last three rounds.With the accumulation of the above-mentioned data, a SPTcoefficient which represents the relation between SPT and bearingcapacity of soil can be inferred. The data can also help to enhancethe accuracy and reliability of the low-strain dynamic pile testingmethod used currently. The combination of two independent, reliable pile testing methodswhich can be used on a large scale will no doubt greatly improve the quality of the drivenpile.
