基于聚类分析的20钢球化组织识别方法

摘要
以球化状态不同的20钢时效样品作为研究对象,分析并讨论系统聚类方法用于耐热钢高温时效组织状态无损评价的可行性、实现方式及可靠性。结果表明,选择回波信号系数作为组织识别的特征是可行的,应用该特征的聚类分析方法能够较好地实现对球化形态的无损评价,识别率不低于85%。同类样品组织结构的相似性以及异类形态的差异是进行正确识别的关键。
The objective of this study is to provide a contribution to the non-destructive identification of aged microstructure at high temperature.A group of samples aged at different spheroidized level are studied.A series of features are obtained from echo signal by means of FFT(Fast Fourier Transformation).The feasibility and reliability of the identification of 20 steel spheroidized microstructure based on cluster are discussed.The result shows that the cluster analysis is available for the non-destructive evaluating of 20 steel microstructure aged,and the reliability is no less than 85%.The similarity of microstructure in congener samples and the diversification in the alien are the basis to improve the cluster effect.
