边框框架对板柱剪力墙结构的影响研究

摘要
板柱-剪力墙结构属抗震性能相对不利的结构体系。我国现行的抗震设计规范要求板柱-剪力墙结构周边应设置有梁框架。结合中关村环保科技园J03科技厂房工程,对高烈度地区的带边框的板柱-剪力墙结构进行分析,适当加强边框框架侧向刚度后可以有效的提高结构的抗震性能,有效降低抗震墙承担的地震水平作用,减小楼层层间位移角。边框框架会引起重力荷载下局部应力的重分布,设计中应予以重视。
A slab-column shear wall structure is the kind of structure system which is relatively disadvantageous to its seismic capability.Beam framing should be provided around the lab-column shear wall structure in terms of code for seismic design of buildings.Based on the J03 plant works of Zhongguancun Environmental Technologies Park,slab-column shear wall structure with side framework in highly seismic region is analyzed.Properly strengthening side framework lateral rigidity can effectively enhance structural seismic capability,reduce the horizontal earthquake load carried by the shear wall,and decrease the interstory drift.Side framework can cause local stress redistribution under the gravity load.
