基于模糊技术的无模铸型制造工艺参数的研究

摘要
无模铸型制造工艺(PCM)中成型要求和工艺规划的矛盾性和不可公度性使得工艺参数选择复杂化,应用多目标模糊决策确定无模铸型制造工艺成型方向、层厚、填充间距等工艺参数的方法,在满足用户加工要求的前提下提高了成型的质量和速度.
It is difficult to achieve a balance in conflicting between users' demands and process planning in Patternless Casting Manufacturing Technique (PCM). Multi-objective fuzzy decision-making is used to optimize the process para-meters such as building orientation, layer height and so on, which have greatly improved the production efficiency and quality.
