摘要

基于地震中反映出来的问题,从土木工程的技术、管理、教育、研究方向等方面阐述了地震对于土木行业从业人员的启示,对今后土木的完善提出一些意见和建议,从而优化建筑结构抗震设计。
Based on the problems reflected from earthquake,the earthquake enlightenment to civil industry personnel was illustrated from civil engineering technology,management,education and research trend.Some suggestions to complete future civil engineering were proposed,therefore optimized seismic design of architectural structure.
