高耸建筑物爆破切口参数的数值优化

摘要
爆破切口参数的合理选取是高耸建筑物爆破成功的关键。借助有限元软件ANSYS,建立爆破切口形成瞬间时不同切口高度、切口长度的45m烟囱三维实体模型,通过数值计算,可以获得在结构自重作用下引起的爆破切口支撑部的应力与应变状态。数值分析的结果与实际拆除爆破的效果表明,爆破切口参数是可以优化的,爆破切口长度取切口处筒体圆周长的62%~64%及切口高度取切口处筒体壁厚的2~3倍是比较适宜的。数值分析的结论对爆破的设计施工有一定的借鉴意义。
Suitably choosing the parameters of blasting cut influences the success of blasting a towering building. By means of finite element software ANSYS, three-dimensional chimney models, which have different heights or lengths of blasting cut are established. Through the numerical calculation, stress distribution along the support part of blasting cut under the weight of the chimney can be obtained, which indicates that blasting cut parameters are able to be optimized as well as the results of the demolition engineering practice. In choosing the height of blasting cut, 2.0 to 3.0 times of the wall widths are used instead of from 1.5 to 3.0. And the lengths of blasting cut that range from 62% to 64% of the bottom arameter should be more reasonable than from 60% to 64%. The conclusion of this paper is useful for blasting design and construction.
