JL-601机车走行部检测系统

摘要
研究了机车走行部的轴箱轴承、牵引电机轴承、牵引齿轮、抱轴瓦(或抱轴承)以及提速机车上的空心轴轴承的振动检测方法,介绍了在此基础上开发的“JL-601机车走行部检测系统”,该系统可以在机车制造厂、大修厂以及机务段对机车走行部进行状态检测,为保证行车安全提供了很好的测试手段。
This paper analyses the detection solution methed for running gear of locomotive including the bearing used in axle bax, the bearing ased in traction motor, draw gear, axle suspension bush (or axle suspension bearing) and bearing used in hollow axle of speed - increasing locomotive, and introduces the JL- 601 detection system for running gear of locomotive . This detection system can be used in locomotive works, locomotive repaing works and locomotive depot when the state of running gear are tested. It is a good detecting means for the driving safety.
