摘要

地震灾害在我国农村地区破坏性极大,防震减灾规划已成为新农村规划时必须考虑的一环。笔者从地震灾害的破坏概况入手,结合当前村庄防震减灾规划中存在的问题,重点分析了新农村建设规划中防震减灾规划要点,对我国新农村规划建设具有一定的理论价值和实际指导意义。
The destroy of seismic disaster is so enormous in rural areas in China that seism preventing and disaster reducing planning had already been the important part of work in New Countryside Construction planning.Beginning from the ruinous general situation of seismic disaster,the essential of New Countryside Construction planning was especially analyzed according to the current problems of seism preventing and disaster reducing planning in thorpe,which provided the theoretical and practical reference for the planning and construction of New Countryside Construction in China.
