北京金地国际花园A区A座模型振动台试验研究

摘要
通过抽象模型振动台实验和弹塑性计算分析,研究了北京金地国际花园A区A座塔楼主次框架结构、连接核心筒和外框架的楼面连接梁的端部及相应框架及节点的抗震性能。研究表明主次框架结构延性较好,且符合主框架强于次框架的概念设计要求;设置与未设置抗剪型钢的楼面连接梁均未发现因水平面内剪力而引起的裂缝;楼面连接梁与主框架柱的节点域未发现因连接梁端部水平剪力引起的受扭破坏及其他明显破坏现象;结构符合强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯的抗震设计原则。
By means of model shaking table test and elastic plastic push-over analysis,the seismic behaviors of the screen moment frames,the floor connecting beams between the concrete core and the screen moment frames and the beam-column joints are studied for a super high-rise building called Goldfield International Garden A region A suite project.The studies reveal that the screen frame has relatively good ductility and according with the principle requirement of stronger primary frame and weaker secondary frame and the floor connecting beams with or without profile steel reinforcement show no distinct damages due to the shear force acted right to them in horizontal plane.The floor connecting beams to primary column core joints indicate no obvious crack or other damage caused by the horizontal shear force and the building structure conform to the seismic principle of stranger column,weaker beam and stronger shear ability,weaker ability.
