地震伤员小夹板固定治疗

摘要
小夹板固定治疗骨折是一项得到广泛认同的中医骨伤医疗技术。其核心内容是:选好适应证,掌握技术操作要领,正确使用器材,早期功能锻炼,三期辨证用药。文中以地震骨折伤员现场救治为例,对以上问题作相应阐述。
Small splint immobilization is a well recognized traditional Chinese medical technique to treat fractures.When this technique is used it is important to select indication,master the skill,correctly use equipment,early conduct functional exercises,and administer medication by differentiation of symptoms and signs.This article will discuss these issues on the basis of the treatment of fractured patients on the scene and in hospital.
