摘要

国外水利水电工程设计中地震动参数(地震加速度)同样是很重要的资料,其取值的方法和原则与中国内地有很大的不同。中国内地规定用概率方法,而国外多方法并用;取值上国外标准高于中国内地标准;工程的风险性因素考虑时,国外也比中国内地更为细化。
The seismic dynamic parameter (seismic acceleration) is similarly an important one in design of the foreign hydro projects but the method and principle of selecting its value are quite different. The probability method is specified at home while multiple methods are concurrently used abroad. Its value is selected higher and the engineering risk is considered in a more detailed manner abroad than at home.
