公路建设与文物保护现状及展望

摘要
公路是国民经济的重要组成部分,但公路的修建有时难免会造成对沿线文物的影响,这种影响主要发生在施工期以及运营期。而另一方面随着,近些年我国公路建设的投入加大,高等级公路所占比例日益增加,低等级公路状况得到明显改善,极大地提高了交通运输能力,从而促进我国文物开发产业、旅游文化产业的飞速发展。对于在公路建设中不可避免涉地及到的文物保护问题,应该正确、有效处理两者之间的关系,在科学保护的前提下实现公路建设和文物保护利用的协调发展。
Highway is an important part of the national economy, but the construction of highway sometimes inevitably causes the impact on cultural relics along the line, which mainly occurs in the construction period and operation period. On the other hand, with the increase of investment in highway construction in recent years, the proportion of high-grade highway is increasing, the situation of low-grade highway has been significantly improved, which greatly improves the transportation capacity, thus promoting the rapid development of cultural relics development industry, tourism and cultural industry in China. As for the protection of cultural relics inevitably involved in highway construction, the relationship between them should be correctly and effectively handled, and the coordinated development of highway construction and protection and utilization of cultural relics should be realized under the premise of scientific protection.
