福建省东山湾滨海湿地空间规划范围研究

摘要
根据生态系统完整性和陆海统筹原则,探讨东山湾滨海湿地空间规划范围的确定方法,以协调半封闭型海湾滨海湿地保护与利用之间的冲突。东山湾滨海湿地空间规划范围在滨海湿地定义的基础上进行了适当延伸,即海域一侧低潮时水深不超过6 m的浅水水域,并延伸至海湾湾口;陆地一侧重点考虑滨海湿地相邻陆域对滨海湿地生态系统的影响,将海岸线向陆地至东山的范围(汇水区)纳入规划研究范围。入海河流的感潮河段纳入规划范围;此外,将滨海湿地鸟类的重要停歇地、觅食地、在鸟类迁徙季节具有重要生态功能的养殖池塘和盐田等人工湿地纳入规划范围。
This paper is focused on the scope of spatial planning of Dongshan Bay coastal wetland based on the principles of ecosystem integrity and land-sea balance.The scope of spatial planning of coastal wetland has been appropriately extended to the sea side and the land side, respectively, according to the definition of coastal wetlands. The scope of the sea area includes not only sea areas with the water depth less than 6 meters at low tide, but also other seas of the bay. The coastline which is announced by the local government is the boundary to the land area. The range of land focuses on the impact of adjacent land on the health of coastal wetland ecosystem, and the range from coastline to the ridge of the first mountain(water catchment area) is included in the scope. The whole tidal river section of the rivers entering into the sea is also included in the scope. Artificial wetland such as aquaculture ponds and salt fields are included in the scope of spatial planning which is habitat and feeding ground for migratory birds.
