“尚德,勤学,求是,创新”的哲学解读——兼论宁夏大学校训的当代价值

摘要
校训作为一个学校的精神财富,更是菁菁学子持之以恒所践行的理念。大学校训所传递的价值理念与社会主义核心价值观高度契合。宁夏大学以"尚德、勤学、求是、创新"作为校训不仅符合时代发展的要求,也为宁夏地区培养"实干兴宁"人才做出了重要的价值指引。但要将此美好愿景转化为现实生产力,需将这八字箴言与社会主义核心价值观的内涵有机地结合起来。
As the spiritual wealth of a school, the school motto is a value which requests all the students to obey and practice. The values conveyed by the university motto are highly compatible with the socialist core values. The motto of Ningxia University is "To Pursue Virtue, Diligence, Truth and Innovation" which not only accords with the requirement of the development of the times but also offers an important spiritual guidance of cultivating the talents who can rejuvenate the Ningxia areas. In order to transform the lofty ideal into real productivity, combining the eight words and the connotation of the socialist core values is of prime importance.
