<正>Introduction Lentinula edodes is one of the most important commercial edible mushroom in China.·Estimating genetic diversity of these germplasm resources is the prerequisite for effective protection and rational utilization.·Core collection was introduced and defined as a subset of accession presenting the maximum possible genetic diversity contained in the entire collection with minimum repetition.Introduction
