W波段24路功率合成网络设计

摘要
本文设计了一款基于径向波导和波导微带双探针过渡结构的能覆盖整个W波段的超宽带24路功率合成网络。由于该结构具有对称性,功率分配以后的24路信号具有很好的幅度和相位一致性。基于HFSS软件的最终仿真与优化结果显示,在整个W频段内,输入端口回波损耗大于20d B,单路传输损耗小于0.3d B。各路幅度和相位不一致性分别小于0.1d B和0.2o。
The article proposed a 24-way power combining networks based on radial waveguide and the transition between the waveguide and the microstrip line using double-probe covering the entire W-band. Because of the symmetry, the structure has a good consistency of the amplitude and phase among the 24-way. Simulation and optimization results using HFSS displayed that in the entire W-band, the input port return loss better than 20 d B and the single transmission loss is less than 0.3 d B. The amplitude and phase inconsistencies of the separate ways is less than 0.1d B and 0.2o.
