摘要
目的:分析放射治疗同步周剂量紫杉醇治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法:选择2012年5月-2014年5月80例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者纳入本次研究对象,根据时间顺序分为观察组及对照组各40例。对照组患者接受常规周剂量紫杉醇,观察组患者接受放射治疗同步周剂量紫杉醇,比较两组患者临床疗效、免疫功能等指标。结果:观察组有效率77.50%明显高于对照组55.00%(P<0.05);观察组后循环血中CD4~+T淋巴细胞、NK细胞水平高于对照组患者,CD8~+T淋巴细胞水平低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:放射治疗同步周剂量紫杉醇有助于提高局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效,可能与改善机体免疫能力有关。
Objective:to analyze radiation therapy synchronous weekly dose of taxol in the treatment of locally advanced non- small cell lung cancer.Methods:in May 2012- May 2014,80 cases of patients with locally advanced non- small cell lung cancer in the study object,according to the time sequence is divided into observation group and control group(n = 40).Control group patients received regular weekly dose paclitaxel,synchronous observation group of patients receiing radiation therapy for weeks dose of paclitaxel,comparing two groups of clinical curative effect,immune function and so on.Results:55.00%77.50%efficient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P < 0.05);In the observation group after the circulation of blood CD4 + T lymphocyte and NK cell levels higher than the control group patients,CD8 + T lymphocytes level is lower than the control group patients(P < 0.05).Conclusion:radiotherapy synchronous weeks dose of taxol is helpful to improve the recent efficacy of locally advanced non- small cell lung cancer,may be related to improving the bodys immune ability.
