3m×2m结冰风洞摄像监视系统设计与应用

摘要
在3m×2m结冰风洞中,为实时监视风洞配套设备和试验部件防除冰状态,在风洞不同部段、三个试验段配套了电力线摄像监视系统和大屏幕显示系统。针对试验段摄像机处于低温、高湿度云雾环境,设计了基于多层浮法玻璃夹SnO_2透明导电膜的电加温玻璃,用低功率加温、温控器实现玻璃温度控制,解决了玻璃表面结霜影响摄像监视图像问题;采用实时近红外透雾观测技术,提高摄像机透雾监视性能,实现摄像机近景透雾实时监视试验部件。运行表明,系统运行稳定,切换便捷,摄像监视图像清晰,应用效果好。
For real time monitoring of the anti-icing and deicing state of wind tunnel equipment and test device,the video surveillance system based on power line communication and large screen display system in 3m×2m icing wind tunnel is designed.Aiming at that camera carries out experiment in low temperature,cloud parameters of high humidity,electric heating float multi-glass with SnO_2 thin film is designed,to control the temperature of glass by low power heating and thermostat.The camera adoptes the penetrating fog and near-infrared to constantly monitor,which solves the surface of glass with frosty,enhances high-quality video surveillance systems in different test environmants.Testing result shows that the system operates stably,fast and is easy to operate.
