A microwave annealing method was proposed to prepare sol-gel ZnO films. Enhanced performance was achieved in the BHJ-PSCs with ZnO (MW) ETLs. ZnO (MW) ETLs contributed to the preferable interfacial contact in BHJ-PSCs. The charge transport dynamics was investigated by a series of measurements.
