The purity of C-PC in ATPS was increased by 2.1 times in the presence of TMA-PEG. The promoting effect of TMA-PEG addition was based on the electrostatic attraction. The purity of C-PC was increased by 18.9% using RSM optimization. C-PC with a purity of 6.7 can be obtained in the CCD operation of 2-stage ATPS.
