A new hyper-chaotic system based on Rabinovich system is proposed. Encryption is added to SPIHT coding forming secure SPIHT (SSPIHT). The inverse operation of two bytes plain-text is introduced to resist attacks. The keystream used in the encryption is related to the plaintext to resist attacks.
