The use of the present post-cervical catheter applied to gilts is inefficient. Vetrabutin Chlorhydrate or warm extender can improve the success rate of post-cervical insemination in gilts. The new catheter designed for use in gilts improved the success rate of post-cervical insemination in gilts.
