The proteome of HepG2 cells expressing DENV2 NS1 protein was analyzed by label-free MS approach. 4756 proteins were mapped from our proteomic data. We identify 41 or 81 differentially abundant proteins in the presence of NS1, comparing to controls. A hundred and seven proteins were detected exclusively in the presence of NS1. Several identified proteins had never been previously related to DENV infection.
