巢湖湿地资源现状与保护利用对策分析

摘要

巢湖湿地资源的保护与利用是建设国家级巢湖生态文明先行示范区的重要内容。从巢湖湿地资源保护的现状和面临问题来看,存在着湿地面积减少,湿地功能受损、水质污染严重、生物多样性减退、湿地综合性开发利用不足等多方面问题。为更好地保护和利用巢湖湿地资源,应通过完善湿地保护立法、健全巢湖湿地保护管理体制、加强湿地保护宣传、减少环境污染、科学合理开发利用湿地等措施予以解决。
        Protection and utilization of Chaohu wetland play an important role in the construction of national demonstration pilot zone of ecological civilization. In the terms of the protective actuality of Chaohu wetland,current problems include the decrease of wetland area,wetland function damage,serious water pollution,biodiversity loss,lack of development and comprehensive utilization of wetland. In order to protect and utilize the wetland resources,it is important to improve wetland protection legislation,perfect the management system,strengthen the protection of Chaohu wetland publicity,reduce the pollution of the environment and construct the wetland in scientific and efficient ways.
