摘要

滨湖新城是安徽省合肥市南部的新建城区,在其特有的资源禀赋、区位优势、产业布局和积极政策条件下,城市低碳建设有着广阔的空间和发展前景。本文介绍了滨湖新城的建设现状、低碳发展条件、低碳建设途径和未来的能源愿景,总结了符合滨湖新城特色的低碳发展路径。滨湖新城的新型城市低碳生态发展模式,不仅能为滨湖新城未来可持续发展打下坚实基础,也为中国新型镇城市化发展提供了区域性案例。
        Binhu,a newly built district,locates in the south of Hefei city.With the unique condition of natural resources,convenient geographical location,reasonable industry structure and sound policy,Binhu enjoys broad space and vast development prospects.The construction status,favourable conditions and construction methods of low-carbon city development and energy future of Binhu were analyzed in this study.The novel development patterns of low-carbon city construction of Binhu can not only lay a solid foundation for the future development of Binhu district,but also provide the enlightenment of low-carbon eco-city development for other new towns in China.
