水资源约束下安徽沿淮经济带发展研究

摘要
采用水资源生态足迹模型,对安徽沿淮经济带2007-2012年的人均水资源生态足迹、生态承载力及人均水资源生态赤字进行了定量分析和评价。结果表明,安徽沿淮经济带水资源总量不足,人均水资源生态承载力低;产业结构不合理,农业生产以及一些传统工业部门对水资源消耗过大;水污染形势严峻,水资源保护仍需加强。在此基础上,为解决安徽沿淮经济带在水资源约束下的发展问题,提出了相应的政策建议。
        By using the ecological footprint model of water resources,the paper makes a quantitative analysis and evaluation of ecological footprint water resources per capita,ecological carrying capacity and water resources per capita ecological deficit the economic belt along Huai River from 2007 to 2012. The result shows that this area's total water is insufficient; ecological carrying capacity of water resources per capita is low. It also suggests that the industrial structure is unreasonable,agricultural production and some traditional industries consume excessive water resources,and that the water pollution situation is grim and shall be protected. On this basis,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations to deal with the developmental issues bound by the shortage of water resources in this area.
