摘要

近年来,我国城市商业步行街的涌现,虽然不乏经典之作,但整体上在规划设计、建设管理还是存在诸多不足和缺憾,特别是在人性化设计、景观塑造、文化内涵等方面,与国外相比存在一定的差距。文章以武汉江汉路步行街为例对现代商业步行街规划要素进行了探讨,在此基础上分析合肥淮河路步行街面临的各种问题,并结合实际情况提出后续发展规划建议。
        In recent years,commercial pedestrian street has got a surging development in our country but generally despite the few that can be named as classic,there are still quite a lot of deficiencies and drawbacks in the plan design and development management and some distances with the street alike of the Western countries in human-oriented design,landscape molding and cultural enrichment.Taking Wuhan's Jianghan Road Commercial Pedestrian Street as an example,it expounds on the essentials for the plan of modern commercial pedestrian street,and based on which it analyzes the difficulties facing the plan of Hefei's Huaihe Road Commercial Pedestrian Street and puts forward suggestions for its further development and plan.
