一种减小噪声系数测量不确定度的方法

摘要
本文简单介绍了噪声系数的测量原理及影响测量不确定度的各种因素。测试系统本机的噪声系数直接影响着噪声系数测量不确定度,并且随着测试系统噪声系数的增加,测量不确定度也随之增加;详细论述了一种减小噪声系数测量不确定的方法,通过选择适当低噪声前置放大器,可使测试系统的噪声系数对测量不确定的影响降到一个最小程度。最终举例说明了低噪声前置放大器的选择方法,并总结了前置放大器的应用。
In this paper,the measurement theory of noise coefficient and all sorts of uncertainty that affect the noise coefficient measurement are briefly introduced.Measurement system noise coefficient directly affects measurement uncertainty,as the measurement system noise coefficient increases,measurement uncertainty increases.Also,a method to reduce the measurement uncertainty is particularly discussed.The effect of measurement system noise coefficient on measurement uncertainty can be reduced to a minimal level with a proper low noise preamplifier.Finally,how to select a low noise preamplifier is illustrated,the applications of preamplifier are also summarized.
