摘要

凯恒中心正立面由两道平面位置重合的钢结构连廊相连,其支撑架和提升架的选择困难。比较空中散装方案和整体提升方案后,选择空中散装方案进行连廊钢结构的提升及安装。给出了施工流程和施工方案,重点介绍了平台搭设、钢结构吊装及焊接、外装饰层的施工方法,最后总结施工经验,强调在与混凝土相连的钢结构施工中要重视方案比选、脚手架设计计算、厚板钢结构焊接及面层装饰。
There are two steel galleries in front elevation of Kaiheng Center,whose support frame and lifting frame selection were difficult during construction.Installation scheme in air was selected for lifting and installing of steel gallery after comparing it with whole lifting method.Based on construction process and scheme,platform erecting,steel structure hoisting and welding and construction technology of external decorating layers were introduced in detail.At last,experiences were emphasized during construction,such as scheme comparison and selection,design and calculation of scaffold,welding of thick steel plate and decorating layers.
