摘要

本文结合中国西部自然巨灾规律及2008年5月12日四川汶川大震的实际,探讨了在综合减灾思想指导下的灾后重建规划研究问题。基于灾后重建的系统化、多学科的复杂性,本文所述仅仅是相关的策略研究,希望六条建议能对正编研中的国家级"四川汶川灾后重建规划"有所帮助。
Related to severe natural disaster rule in west China area and the condition of Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province occurred on Feb.12,2008,the paper discussed the problems of post- disaster reconstruction planning with the guidance of comprehensive disaster reduction.Because of the systemization and spanning-subject complexity,the paper is confined in research relative to strategy and gives six suggestions to the Post-disaster Reconstruction Planning for Wenchuan,Sichuan in research and editing.
