新型人字支撑复合结构在竖向荷载作用下的试验研究

摘要
按1∶2缩尺模型,设计了一榀用于多层住宅的新型人字支撑复合结构模型试件。根据理论计算结果,确定了该试件在竖向荷载作用下的试验加载方案。通过试验,分析了复合结构在正常使用阶段和承载力极限状态时梁柱及支撑的各控制截面应力、裂缝、变形和破坏形态。结果表明,当荷载达到按"恒载+活荷载"计算的住宅竖向荷载标准值、设计值时,梁的最大裂缝宽度和挠度均远小于规范限值,直至破坏,支撑和柱截面的应力均较小。将计算值和试验结果比较,梁的裂缝宽度、挠度和支撑轴力均符合较好。
A test model of a new chevron bracing compound structure for multi-story residence was designed with the scale 1∶2. Based on the calculation, the loading process was designed under vertical loads. The stress, cracks, deflection and failure patterns of the compound structure model were analyzed on basis of the experiment. The test result indicates that the maximum cracks width and deflections of the beam satisfy the code requests of cracks and deflection when loads are standard load and design load of a residence. The calculating results are in accord with the experimental values for cracks width, deflections of beams and axial forces of braces.
