成品库网架结构整体静动力及抗火性能化分析

摘要
介绍按结构设计规范要求的各种荷载作用情况下(包括8度区抗震竖向和水平方向),采用ANSYS对沿纵向支撑大跨平板网架屋面结构与下部结构共同工作的整体结构进行了静动力计算分析。针对不满足周边支撑条件的大跨平板网架的抗震分析提出了见解和建议。同时,对网架结构进行了结构抗火性能化分析,为屋面网架钢结构涂刷防火涂料抗火,取代喷淋设计提供了依据,取得较好的使用和经济效果。
Introduce that based on structure design regulation and scenario of various loadings acted including resistance against 8 degree earth quake vertically and horizontally, software ANSY is used to carry out static and dynamic calculation analysis for grid structure roof combined with bottom structure of warehouse. Proposal is put forward for seismic resistance analysis to large space grid structure roof for which surrounding support conditions can not be satisfied. It also analyzes fire resistance performance to the grid structure roof which is painted with fire resistance painting instead of spraying so as to achieve better utilization and economic result.
