华菱涟钢薄板连铸结晶器液位控制系统研究及改进

摘要
针对华菱涟钢CSP薄板连铸机结晶器液位控制系统在非稳定工况下存在液位波动大、容易导致溢钢或漏钢事故的问题,对工艺与原有控制系统进行分析研究,提出了采用模糊控制技术与传统PID控制器相结合的方法对系统进行改进。实际运行结果表明,改进后的新系统具有良好的抗扰动能力,能有效抑制超调,动态响应快,非稳态扰动下的液位波动幅度显著减小,取得了良好的工业应用效果。
For mould liquid level control system of CSP thin slab caster in Valin Lysteel,there were large level fluctuation and it is easy to lead to liquid steel leakage and overflow in unstable process state.Based on analysis and research of the original control system and process,the control system was improved by combining fuzzy control technology with traditional PID controller.Practical operation results show that improved system is robust and can effectively suppress overshoot with fast dynamic response.Fluctuation of mould liquid level is reduced clearly under non-steady state and satisfactory industry application effect is obtained.
