摘要

为贯彻落实全国保障性住房安居工作,做好农村危房改造相关基础工作,对福建省永春县和长汀县两县18个自然村农村住宅的安全性现状进行抽样调查。通过现场的走访调查和对现场取得的资料进行统计分析,得到当前福建山区农村住宅的结构类型分布和安全性等级分布,分析总结了山区典型农村住宅所具有的现状特征及其危险点。调查结果可为福建省山区新农村建设规划和农村危房改造提供依据。
Sampling survey of 18 natural villages located in Yongchun county and Changting county,Fujian Province,was carried out to investigate the structural types and safety grades of rural houses in these areas,and 785 samples of rural house were collected.Through field investigation and statistical analysis,the structural type distribution and safty grade distribution of rural house in Fujian mountainous area were achieved,and the typical characteristics and dangerous points of rural houses were summarized.The survey results could be referenced for retrofitting of rural dangerous houses and planning of new rural construction in Fujian mountainous area.
