新型野战血液制品解冻装置的研制

摘要
目的:为了保证野战条件下急救伤员所需血液制品的供应,研制新型野战血液制品解冻装置。方法:通过对传统水浴法血液制品解冻装置的组成、结构及功能进行分析,采用微波水热法替代传统水浴法,研制出新型野战血液制品解冻装置。该装置由野战微波解冻炉、专用解冻盒及自备电源组成。结果:新型野战血液制品解冻装置解冻速度快,在8min之内可以同时解冻6袋血液制品,可为战场急救快速提供血液制品;该装置配有自备电源,可以在无外接电源的情况下工作30min,能快速展开,机动性强,携行方便。结论:新型野战血液制品解冻装置配置合理,结构紧凑,功能齐全,机动性强,使用方便,特别适用于野战、重大灾害急救时的血液制品供应。
Objective:To develop a defrosting device for new filed blood products to ensure supply during field operation.Methods:Based on analysis of components, structure and function of the defrosting device developed according to the traditional water bath met method,we developed a new device on the microwave-hydrothemal method.The new device consisted of micro-wave defrosting furnace,special defrost case and self-power supplying instrument.Results: The new device could rapidly unfreez six bags of blood products at the same time within 8 min.Thus it could rapidly supply the blood products for the first-aid during field operation.Its self-power supply could sustain its work for 30 min when there was no external power supply.Meanwhile,the new device was portable.Conclusion:The new device is reasonably configured,of good functionality,simple and portable.Therefore,it is suitable for use during field operation.
