结构健康诊断无线监测系统设计

摘要
为了对大型结构工程进行长期健康监测,并可根据监测数据进行来分析、评估结构安全性,设计了一套实用型较强的无线监测系统.该系统采用微功耗的单片机控制的12位模数转换器完成模数转换,用户可以根据不同需求选配不同类型的串口通讯模块进行无线传输,并且无线通讯模块支持多个智能命令,所有监测数据由监控中心设备并行实时显示处理,并给出可视化的图形分析结果.该系统适用于不同规模的结构进行健康监测.
A wireless monitoring system was designed for long-term structural health monitoring(SHM) in civil engineering in this paper.In this monitoring system,one microprocessor with low power dissipation is used to process data received from the 12-bit analog-to-digital converter.The system supports two different kinds of wireless communication modules.And the wireless transmitter and receiver of the system can receive and dispose many intelligent commands.Then all the receiving data can be processed at the same time by the center computer.And the program has a view interface to display all results and messages.So this system can be used to complete the health monitoring of structures with different sizes in civil engineering.
