梁柱刚接节点盖板加固的焊接残余应力分析

摘要
为研究残余应力对梁柱节点加固后性能的影响,通过选择焊接参数,进行三维的热-结构耦合计算,模拟了盖板加固梁柱刚接节点中盖板与柱翼缘之间的对接焊缝的焊接过程,初步讨论了焊接残余应力对加固节点受力性能的影响。计算得到了焊接温度场以及残余应力的分布,以及焊接残余应力对RI指数的影响。分析表明,焊接残余应力对节点的整体受力性能影响很小,但是焊接残余应力的存在会极大的增加焊接热影响区发生脆性断裂的可能性。
The welding joint method is usually applied in the retrofitting process of the steel moment frame connections to join the original connection and the additional component.The welding thermal effect will inevitably introduce the high level of residual stresses.The welding parameters are chosen and discussed and the finite element analysis is employed to analyze the CPJ(completely penetration joint) weld between the cover plates and the column flange.The three-dimensional thermo-structure simulation is conducted.Furthermore,the influence of the residual stresses on the loading capacity of the retrofitted connection is discussed.The temperature field during the welding process and the residual stresses distribution are given.And the influence of the residual stresses on the rupture index is studied.The existence of the welding residual stresses imposes little effect on the overall loading properties of the connection,but the likelihood of brittle fracture of the steel in the heat affect zone will highly increase..
