高精度数据采集仪的实现与研究

摘要
为了满足地震观测领域的数字地震设备的高精度要求,介绍了一种采用具有高动态范围的24位Σ-ΔA/D芯片CS5321/5322作为模数转换器,以当前流行的浮点型数字信号处理器(TMS320VC33)为核心处理器的高精度数据采集仪.结果测定,系统的分辨率达到了19.5位,实践证明该电路稳定可靠,达到国外同类产品的水平,而价格不到国外产品的30%,具有较高的应用价值.
In order to meet the need of digital earthquake recorder, a kind of high precision digital recorder mainly made by the Σ-ΔA/D chipset CS5321 and digital signal processor TMS320VC33 is introduced in detail. It is proved that its resolution arrives at 19.5 bits and its price is only percent 30 of the overseas same product. It is also show practically that the system is perfect and has the practice value.
