机枪动力学特性测试的传感器优化配置方法研究

摘要
在机枪动力学特性测试过程中,传感器的配置对试验质量有一定的影响。在有效独立法的基础上,提出了一种传感器优化配置的融合方法。首先运用有效独立法对某型机枪模态测试的传感器配置进行了分析,通过有限元方法得到的模态向量矩阵进行列主元分解,得到初始测点配置,接着用有效独立法确定候选添加测点的集合,该方法充分利用了有效独立法和MAC法的优点,实现了传感器的优化配置,为模态试验获取结构动态特性提供了基础,并对某型机枪进行了试验模态分析,获得了其结构动态特性。
In the test process of machine gun dynamics characteristics,the location of sensors has much more influence on the test quality.A new kind of fusion method so-called sensors optimization configuration was put forward on the basis of effective-independent method.Firstly,the effective-independent method was used to perform the modal test in a type of machine gun,and its sensor placement were analyzed.The modal vector matrix acquired from finite element method was decomposed by use of main-element method to obtain the placement of original test points.Secondly,the candidated test points were determined through effective-independent method.The method takes full advantages of effective-indepen-dent method and MAC method,and it can realize the optimization placement of the sensors.The method can provide basis for getting structural dynamic characteristics of machine gun.The dynamic modal analysis of a kind of machine gun was carried out to acquire its structural dynamic characteristics.
