隆芯1号数码电子雷管在露天采矿中的应用

摘要
通过监测隆芯1号数码电子雷管在德兴铜矿工业试验爆破振动,并与导爆管雷管爆破振动对比,分析了应用数码电子雷管在露天爆破开采中降低爆破振动和减小爆破危害方面的效果。在电铲挖掘过程中,发现应用数码电子雷管可以改善矿岩破碎度,提高综合经济效益。
Blasting vibration of industrial tests using Lux No.1 digital electronic detonator was monitored and compared with blasting vibration caused by detonator with shock-conducting tube in Dexing Copper Mine,Jiangxi province.The effect of the application of Lux No.1 digital electronic detonator in an open pit mine on reducing vibration and controlling hazard induced by blasting was analyzed.Degree of ore-rock fragmentation and composite economic benefit could be improved by application of the digital electronic detonator during electric shovel excavation.
