循环流化床锅炉热效率偏低原因分析及解决措施

摘要
对永济电厂2号机组循环流化床锅炉进行的试验认为,其热效率低主要是燃煤热值偏低、空气预热器入口氧量偏小、分离器效率低、煤粒偏细造成飞灰含碳量偏高所致。对此,通过优化选择一、二次风量以及在碎煤机前增设筛分装置减少过细煤粒等措施,使飞灰含碳量从原来的14.35%、13.92%和12.97%降到10.34%、9.93%和8.98%,锅炉热效率由原来的87.374%、87.767%和87.916%提高到89.290%、89.773%和89.848%,效果显著。
Directing against the problems of low thermal efficiency of CFB boilers for unit no.2 in Yongji Power Plant,test and study have been carried out.It is believed from analysis that the main causes leading to low thermal efficiency of CFB boilers are as follows:low calorific value of the fuel coal,small oxygen concentration at inlet of the air preheater,low efficiency of the separator,fine coal particle resulting in high carbon content of fly ash.For these,through optimizing selection of primary and secondary air amount,as well as installing sieving facility in front of the coal pulverizer to reduce the fine coal particles,making the carbon conten in fly ash decreased from original 14.35%,13.92%,and 12.47% to 10.34%,9.93%,and 8.90% respectively,the thermal efficiency of boilers being enhanced from original 87.374%,87.767%,and 87.916% to 89.290%,89.77%,and 89.848% respectively,having remarkable effectiveness.
