煤与瓦斯突出事故关键链理论研究

摘要
将煤与瓦斯突出事故过程视为链式过程,将突出防治技术措施视为断链过程。通过确定煤与瓦斯突出事故关键链,并对其采取"截断"措施,可以达到防治煤与瓦斯突出事故的目的。
The process of coal and gas outburst is regarded as the chain process.The measures of prevention and cure of outburst are regarded as a chain breaking process.Through determining the key chains of coal and gas outburst,and adpoting "breaking" measures,the purpose of prevention and cure of coal and gas outbwrst is achieved.
