岩石亚临界裂纹扩展机制及工程门槛值研究

摘要
采用双扭试件常位移松弛法,对4种岩石进行亚临界裂纹扩展试验研究,得出采场矿岩亚临界裂纹扩展速度与应力强度因子之间的关系,分析了不同岩石中裂纹亚临界扩展的规律,确定了岩石亚临界裂纹扩展的停滞速度和工程应用门槛值K0。研究表明:采用常位移松弛法所测岩石的lgKI-lgV关系都有很好的线性规律,即岩石的亚临界裂纹扩展速率与裂纹尖端应力强度因子服从幂函数关系,并且同种岩性的lgKI-lgV关系直线斜率大致相等。4种岩石的K0/KIC值的变化在0.705~0.797之间。试验结果为岩土工程中的可靠性与稳定性研究提供了可靠依据。
The constant-displacement-relax method of double torsion specimens is applied to research the subcritical crack growth of four kinds of rocks.The relationship between subcritical crack velocity and stress intensity factor is obtained.The behavior of subcritical crack growth is analyzed.The engineering threshold values of subcritical crack growth in rocks are obtained.It was shown that lg KI-lg V relations of rocks measured by this method accorded with linear rules.The relations between subcritical crack growth velocity V and stress intensity factor KI conformed to power law and the slope of lg KI-lg V is approximately equal.The range of K0/KIC for these two kinds of rocks was from 0.705~0.797.Reliable references are provided by the testing results for the reliability and stability of geotechnical engineering.
