起下钻钻柱纵振理论分析

摘要
钻柱振动分析是一个非常复杂的动力学问题,钻柱纵向振动严重时造成钻头损坏、钻杆磨损加剧和疲劳破坏。考虑起下钻时引起的压力波动及钻柱和钻井液的耦合作用,在对模型进行假设的基础上,对起下钻时钻柱纵向振动方程和频率方程进行了分析推导,对井下多体系统动力学的研究进行了有益探索。
The vibration analysis of drill rod-column is a very complex dynamics problem,the axial vibration of drill string can cause the drill bit failure,drill pipe wear.This paper considered the pressure fluctuations which caused by trip and the coupling which was made by drill rod-column and drilling fluid,analyzed the longitudinal vibration equation and frequency equation of the drill rod-column when tripping,and made an beneficial search for underground multi-body system dynamics on the basis of model assumptions.
