昆明新机场航站楼隔震支座安装工艺研究

摘要
昆明新机场航站楼采用了叠层橡胶隔震支座,在施工中将固定预埋件的钢模板循环使用。施工过程中通过在钢模板一侧沿平行边和对角线焊接角钢的方法增加钢模板的强度避免了由于所使用钢模板较薄、较轻而可能引起的挠曲变形。在下支墩混凝土找平时,通过往套筒里放干砂或锯末避免了由于去掉模板而引起的套筒里落浆问题。整个安装过程既方便了施工,又降低了成本。
Laminated rubber damping bearings are used in Kunming New Airport Terminal Buildings.Steel formwork of embedded parts'fixation is in recycling use.Angle steel is welded in parallel with the edge and the diagonal to strengthen the intensity of the thin and light steel formwork so that the flexural deformation will not happen.Leveling the concrete of the buttress below,dry sand and sawdust are put into the sleeve without steel formwork to avoid cement slurry falling.The whole process reduces the cost and makes the construction easy.
