毫秒延时爆破干扰降振作用研究

摘要
毫秒延时控制爆破技术在工程爆破界被普遍采用,目前对毫秒延时爆破在介质内部所产生的物理力学现象还没有相当准确的研究成果,毫秒延时间隔时间的计算也比较多地偏向于获取更好的爆破效果。本文从爆破地震波之间相互叠加干扰降振的原理出发,研究了毫秒延时爆破波形叠加干扰降振时延时间隔时间的计算方法;在现场试验的基础上,结合利用小波变换能量法识别雷管实际延时时间的方法,验证了所得结论的正确性。为工程中应用毫秒延时爆破控制振动,提供了理论依据。
Millisecond blasting has been widely used in engineering practice,but the mechanism of this technique is still not very clear and no accurate research production has been obtained by now.And therefore,at present,the calculation of the delay time of millisecond blasting is more made for obtaining better blasting effect.Based on the theory that the interference of seismic waves each other has a function of vibration reduction,the paper studied the delay time and proposed reasonable calculating methods.The result was confirmed by tests on site through using the method of wavelet energy-transform to recognize the delay time of detonators.The paper laid a theoretical base for the control of blasting vibration in millisecond blasting engineering.
