无风险钻井关键技术及其应用

摘要
各种先进设备和工具的广泛应用为提高钻井效率、降低钻井成本起到了积极作用,但是各种复杂钻井故障仍然是影响钻井周期和钻井成本的主要因素。无风险(NDS)钻井技术通过钻前详细计划、钻进过程中收集各种可用的实时信息,预测可能出现的风险,并给出减小或消除风险的措施,从而减少甚至消除钻井过程中故障的发生,实现无风险钻井的目标。介绍了NDS钻前风险预测、随钻风险发现、随钻风险决策及钻后风险评价技术,并对NDS技术在北海Mungo油田的实际应用进行了详细介绍。
Although various advanced equipments and tools have been used to improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling cost,drilling recycle and cost are still affected by some complex drilling accidents.The no risk drilling(NDS) technique through detailed pre-drilling plan,collection of real-time information during drilling can predict potential risks and provide the measures to solve the problems.Therefore,accidents were reduced or eliminated during drilling.According to the procedure of NDS,the pre-drilling risk prediction,risk finding during drilling,risk shooting while drilling and after-drill risk evaluation were introduced.The application of NDS in Mungo Oilfield in North Sea was provided.
