结构混凝土强度的无损评定方法

摘要
根据工程上混凝土结构无损检测的特点,针对在现场检测样本量较少的情况,提出了拓展信息的加权优化方法,该方法充分利用与现场数据有着共性特征的其他有价值数据的信息,使之与现场数据的个性信息有效地融合,扩大了样本空间,拓展了信息量,提高了参数估计的精度。同时,利用现场钻芯或预留同条件试块数据和试验室试块数据的共性信息,建立了回弹法现场测强曲线,并且给出了被测结构或构件混凝土强度的区间估计方法。在此基础上,利用置信检验理论,进一步给出了评定被测结构或构件混凝土强度的合格性标准,使得在给定置信度下,用回弹法评定被测结构混凝土的强度。工程实例表明利用文中方法得到的评定混凝土强度的结果更加符合工程检测的实际情况。
Based on the characteristic of nondestructive testing,the weighted optimization method of expanding information is put forward on the condition of the less present data.This method can make full use of other samples,which has the generality information with current sample.By fusion the generality information and personality information it cannot only effectively expand the space sample of present data,enlarge the information,but also can improve accuracy of parameter estimator.Used in testing concrete strength through rebound method,both establishing the on-site rebound strength curve by using the generality information provided with plenty of data in the laboratory and on-site core sample or the test blocks of the same condition and the method of interval estimation for concrete strength of tested structure are presented.Meanwhile,by using the theory of confidence tests,the standard of conformity assessment for concrete strength of tested structure is given.Then it can assess concrete strength of tested structure with rebound method under the given confidence degree.Through experimental verification of the engineering examples,the result of assessing concrete strength by using the method in this paper is more precise than the traditional one,and more coincident with the practical engineering.
