唐山地震有关紧急救援的启示

摘要
唐山地震有关紧急救援的启示:被压埋的人多数得救了;得救的人大多数是由当地群众自救与互救救出来的;比较难救的和比较艰巨的抗震救灾任务主要是解放军完成的;还有一些压埋得更深,没有专门工具,无法救援的情况;中央决心大,各级抗震救灾指挥部得力,各部门密切配合,是唐山地震抗震救灾取得伟大胜利,包括尽可能多救人的根本组织保证。提出了若干工作建议:加强紧急救援工作,提高救活率还有很大潜力;建立和加强专业紧急救援队很有必要,但也要重视自救与互救的基础作用与解放军的主力军地位;应进一步研发和引进各种先进的搜救技术装备并且加强专业紧急救援队人员的培训。
The enlightenments from the emergency rescuing in the 1976 Tangshan Earthquake are:most of people in Tangshan were rescued;most of them were rescued by helping each other;the most difficult tasks of relieving were finished by the PLA;some of situations,in which persons were covered heavy,were too difficult to rescue;the central government had great determinations,the headquarters cooperate well.All these actions are victory basic of rescuing.According to the historical document of the 1976 Tangshan Earthquake,we put forward several of suggestions:to strengthen the work of emergency rescuing can save more lives;to set up the special rescue term is necessay;to pay attention to both rescuing by themselves and helping each other is also very important.More advanced techniques and equipment are needed for the post-eqrthquake rescuing.The training for special term is needed as well.
